UNE SOIREÉ CHEZ VILALLONGA

UNE SOIREÉ CHEZ VILALLONGA

The singer, showman and composer Alfonso de Vilallonga presents a “chanson française” theatrical concert with songs by Charles Trenet, Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, George Brassens, Serge Gainsbourg and others, accompanied by various first class musicians, creating a Parisian Music Hall ambience with a timeless air of jazz. With a simple situation on stage, based above all on the lighting, the theatrics of the show flow out of the grand songs that make it up. Far from any chronological, historical or didactic considerations, Vilallonga carries this great repertoire to his own territory where he combines playfulness, acrimony and gentleness.
